Storytime

Last night was so special for our family. My mentor for my first year teaching presented me the last week of school with a book "Oh, Baby, The Places You'll Go", adapted from Dr. Seuss. While JR was in the shower before bed, I decided to have my first Mommy & Baby Storytime and read Baby "Olive" the adorable story. Then when JR got out of the shower I had him tell a story to Baby "Olive", though he's sure it's a boy so he called the baby "Oliver". Of course, being the financial guy he is, he explained 3 things about Miller-Madigliani (spelling?) instead. It was so cute though as he talked to the baby with his hand on my belly. He then explained to Baby "Oliver" all that he had been praying for. It was just such a sweet, special moment with Mommy, Daddy, & Baby Olive!
